He had resided in Norfolk for 75 years. He was the husband of Mrs. Annie E. Parker, and son of the late Charles and Mrs. Mary Parker. In addition to his wife, he is survived by one daughter, Mrs. Simon Hassen; five sons, William L., Harry S., Grover C., Charles H., and George D. Parker, all of Norfolk; 11 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted at the funeral home of E. Lee Cox & Bro., 631 Westover avenue, tomorrow at noon. The Rev. H. Wark Curry, pastor of Ocean View Methodist Church, wlll officiate. Burial will be in the family plot in Elmwood Cemetery.
