Norfolk - Funeral services for Mrs. Nettie Parker of 2315 Barre street, who died 
Easter sunday morning at a local hospital were held at New Calvary Baptist Church 
Thursday April 5.  The rites were conducted by the pastor, the Rev. S. A. Wilson, 
assisted by the Rev. H. T. Myers and Rev. Mr. Williams.  Burial was in Calvary 
Cemetery.

The survivors include her husband, George Parker;  four sisters, Mrs. Emma Smith 
of New York City;  Mrs. Harriett Jeffries of Philadelphia PA;  Mrs. Hattie 
Montague of Richmond VA, and Miss Carolyn Smith of Norfolk, and one brother, 
Charlie Smith of Boydton VA.
