Norfolk Journal and Guide,May 19,1945
Mrs. Elizabeth Parker - Funeral services for Mrs. Parker, 74 avenue A, Oakwood, 
who died on May 11, were held on May 13 from Mt. Gilead Baptist Church with the 
Rev. G. R. Gray officiating. Surviving are her husband, Kenny Parker, one 
daughter, and one sister. Interment was in Oakwood Cemetery with Hale Funeral Home 
in charge.
