Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Friday, September 4, 1992 
Sidney Parker III, 35, of the 2600 block of Middle Ave., died Sept. 2, 1992, in
a hospital.

Mr. Parker was born in Norfolk. He had retired from the Solid-Waste Division of
the City of Norfolk after 10 years.

Survivors include his father, Sidney Parker Jr. of Norfolk; two sisters, Brenda
A. Leach of Norfolk and Betty L. Parker of San Diego; and five brothers, Levy
Washington, Jerome Washington, Harry Washington, Alphonso Parker and Norman
Parker, all of Norfolk.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Sunday at Riddick Funeral Service. Burial will be
in Calvary Cemetery . Viewing will be from 2 to 8 p.m. Saturday in the funeral
home. Friends may join the family at 821 Pine Harbor Drive.
