Virginian Pilot February 10,1991

Blanche Ross Parkerson, 94, of the 4100 block of Bonney Road, a nurse, died Feb. 
8, 1991, in her home.
Mrs. Parkerson, a native of Accomack County, was a member of Ocean View Baptist 
Church and a graduate of Sarah Leigh School of Nursing. She was the widow of 
James H. Parkerson Sr.
Survivors include a son, James H. Parkerson Jr. of Virginia Beach; three 
grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 a.m. Monday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 
Tidewater Drive Chapel, by the Rev. E. Rudy Patton. Burial will be in Elmwood 
Cemetery. Friends may join the family from 7 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral 
home.
