He was a native of Berkley and a resident of for the past 24 years. He was a member of Elizabeth Lodge 34, A.F. & A.M. Besides his wife, Mrs. Mabel Cooney Parks, he is survived by four daughters, Misses Mary Alberta, Evelyn Ann, Mabel Grace and Charlotte Waldon Parks. Funeral arrangements will be announced later. ***************** Charles Woodland Parks - Funeral services for Mr. Parks, whose death occurred Monday, will be held at H.D. Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610 East Freemason street, tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock, with the Rev. C. Grier Davis, pastor of the Second Presbyterian Church, officiating. Interment will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Besides his wife, Mrs. Mabel Cooney Parks, Mr. Parks is survived by four daughters, the Misses Mary Alberta, Evelyn Ann, Mabel Grace and Charlotte Waldon Parks; four aunts, Mrs. Maude Belote, Miss Lilly Parks and Mrs. Arthur Martin, all of Norfolk, and Mrs. Isaac Bell, of Florida; an uncle, John H. Parks, of Norfolk and five cousins, Misses Annie and Edith Belote, Miss Catherine Martin, Mrs. Elmer Crall and J.T. Bell.
