She was a native of Rehobeth, Md. and had made her home in this section 60 years. Miss Parks was a daughter of the late J. Thomas and Virginia D. Parks and is survived by two sisters, Mrs. I.T. Bell, of Coral Gables, Fla. and Mrs. Arthur H. Martin, of Norfolk; two nieces, Miss Catherine V. Martin, of Norfolk and Mrs. E.R. Crall, of Coral Gables and a nephew, J.Thomas Bell, of New York City. Miss Parks was the last of the charter members of Armstrong Memorial Church. The body was removed to the Graham Funeral Home. Funeral services will be conducted tomorrow afternoon at 3 o'clock in Armstrong Memorial Presbyterian Church. Burial will be in the family plot in Magnolia Cemetery.
