Virginian Pilot April 4, 1956

Edwin P. (Eddie) Parr, son of the late James E. and Mrs. Virginia Simpson Parr, 
died yesterday at 1:05 p.m. at a Norfolk hospital. He was a lifelong resident of 
Norfolk residing at 1006 Moran Avenue at the time of his death.
Surviving him are three brothers, G.W. Parr, Joseph Parr and L.F. Parr; four 
sisters, Mrs. Rudolph Bartol, Mrs. E.F. Seltzer, Mrs. Loretta Smith and Mrs. Annie 
May Meixel and a number of nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at the H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tomorrow at 11 
a.m. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.
