Unclaimed Body of White Woman Buried
Unclaimed Body of White Woman Buried 
The funeral of Nellie Parrish, whose real name is said to be Annie Snead, and 
Danville her home, took place yesterday afternoon and interment was in Elmwood 
Cemetery. Rev. Dr. Minor conducted the services. The woman died in the jail 
hospital several days ago from the excessive use of morphine. The body was 
embalmed and held in hopes that relatives would claim it. Friends took charge 
of the remains.
