A native of Essex County, he made his home in this section for 66 years. He was a son of the late Richard and Mrs. Emily Williams Parron and husband of the late Maude Sykes. He was a charter member of the Campostella Methodist Church. Surviving are one daughter, Mrs. Howard Hanbury, and one son, Thomas R. Parron, both of Norfolk; one brother, E.B. Parron, of Richmond, and two grandchildren, Joyce Hanbury and Irvin Gunther Hanbury, Jr., both of Norfolk. The body was taken to the Graham Funeral Home, South Norfolk Arrangements are pending. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ William Letheridge Parron -- Funeral services for Mr. Parron, who died Wednesday, were conducted Friday afternoon at the Campostella Heights Methodist Church by the Rev. Forrest H. Mead. Pallbearers were William Parron, James Parron, Harry Fruit, Sr., E.E. Umberger, J.R. Hanbury and C.W. Goodwin, Burial was in Magnolia Cemetery.
