Mrs. Parsons is survived by a son James Edward Parsons, Jr., of U.S. Army; a brother, Eugene Dunn, of Norfolk, and a number of nieces and nephews. Mrs. Parsons resided at 131 Hough avenue. The body was removed to the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, Thirty-fifth street at Colonial avenue, pending completion of funeral arrangements. ******************* Mrs. Elizabeth Dunn Parsons-- Funeral services for Mrs. Parsons, widow of James Edward Parsons, Sr., and daughter of the late Clarence S. and Mrs. Mary Wallace Dunn, who died at a local hospital Friday, will be conducted at the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home, Thirty-fifth street at Colonial avenue, this afternoon at 3 o'clock, the Rev. C.E. Green, pastor of Memorial Methodist Church, officiating. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Norfolk Virginian Pilot Sunday January 31, 1943 ***************** Mrs. Elizabeth Dunn Parsons -- Funeral services for Mrs. Parsons, widow of James Edward Parsons, Sr., who died Friday, were conducted at the Ewell & Williamson Funeral Home yesterday afternoon at 3 o'clock by the Rev. C.E. Green, pastor of Memorial Methodist Church. Miss Nellie Cowan sang "Abide With Me" with Mrs. Murray Walden as accompanist. Pallbearers were Capt. B.T. Hurst, W.S. Benton, Frank C. Robinson, Wesley Marable, Daniel B. Perry and J.M. Tusing. Burial was in Magnolia Cemetery.
