Norfolk Ledger Dispatch July 29, 1921

Mrs. Emily Parsons, widow of William T. Parsons, died early this morning in her 
67th year. She was the daughter of Mrs. Mary J. and the late Peter Morton. She 
is survived by her mother, a sister, Mrs. George Wolf and three brothers, 
Joseph, Peter and William Morton. The remains will be taken from the residence, 
648 S. May Avenue, to St. Mary's Catholic Church for funeral Monday, at 10 a.m. 
Burial in St. Mary's Cemetery.

PARSONS, EMILY - On Friday, July 29, 1921, at 4:40 o’clock a.m., EMILY, widow of 
William T. Parsons and daughter of Mary J. and the late Peter Morton, in the 
67th year of her age.
Remains will be taken from the residence, 648 South May avenue, to St. Mary’s 
Catholic Church for funeral service MONDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock. Friends of the 
family are invited to attend.
