Virginian Pilot February 14, 1908

Mrs. Susan M. Parsons, wife of C.H. Parsons, died at her home, 110 Hughes street, 
Brambleton, at 6:15 o'clock a.m. yesterday after an illness of three weeks.  The 
deceased was in the 37th year of her age.  Besides her husband, she is survived by 
eight children and a brother and sister, Mrs. M.J. Ballance and O.J. Spann.  The 
funeral will be held from the residence at 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon and will 
be conducted by Rev. R.J. Bateman of Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church and Rev. M. 
McG. Shields of the Park Avenue Presbyterian Church.
