PARSONS, aged 43 years. The funeral will take place THURSDAY, August 18, at 3 p.m. from the Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church. Friends of the family invited to attend. *************************************************************** The funeral of Columbus N. Parsons, a locomotive engineer, of this city, whose death occurred at 114 Mozart Avenue, Brambleton, Tuesday afternoon, will be held from Spurgeon Memorial Baptist Church at 3 o'clock p.m. today. The deceased leaves the following children: Mrs. Harry Wilson, Miss Viola Parsons, Miss Annie Parsons, Miss Irma Parsons, Miss Thelma Parsons, Miss Mildred Parsons and Harry Parsons. He was a member of the Locomotive Engineers, the Norfolk Eagles and the Improved Order of Red Men.
