Eugene Patrick, 3016 Parrish street, W. Philadelphia, PA, died October 31 at 
the age of 46.  He had lived in Norfolk until 1949 when he moved to 
Philadelphia where  he joined the St. Augustine AME Church.  

He was the son of the late George and Mrs. Francis Patrick and a veteran of 
World War II.

He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Bertha Mae Patrick;  one daughter, Miss 
Dora Lee Patrick, New York;  one son, William Eugene Patrick, Philadelphia;  
three grandchildren, two brothers, and four sisters.

Funeral services were held Wednesday, Nov. 6 at the Mt. Lebanon Baptist 
Church with the pastor, the Rev. F. P. Wise officiating.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with Riddick’s Funeral Service in charge.
