The Virginian Pilot Tuesday December 20, 1960
Mrs. Nellie Hill Payne, 80, daughter of the late William T. and Mrs. Sadie 
Brooks Hill, died Monday at 2:05 a.m. in a Norfolk hospital.
She was a lifelong resident of Norfolk, living at 410 W. 35th St. at the time 
of her death.
She is survived by one brother, William T. ("Judge") Hill Jr. of Norfolk.
The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to Blessed Sacrament 
Catholic Church for a funeral service on Wednesday at 10 a.m.  Burial will be 
in Elmwood Cemetery.
