The Virginian Pilot Monday January 1, 1962
Mrs. Minnie Pringle Pearce, 69, wife of William W. Pearce and daughter of 
James C. and Mrs. Mary Morrison Pringle, died Sunday at 3:20 p.m. in a local 
hospital.
She was a native of Portsmouth, and lived in Norfolk most of her life, 
lately residing at 531 W. Olney Road.
She was a member of St. Paul's Episcopal Church, and president of the Altar 
Guild.
Besides her husband, she is survived by three sisters, Mrs. J. Guy Dudley of 
Norfolk, Mrs. J.H. Phillips, and Mrs. E.H. Gordon, of Richmond, and four 
nieces. The body will be taken from H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments to St. 
Paul's Episcopal Church for a funeral service Tuesday at 3:30 p.m. Burial 
will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
