Norfolk - Mrs. Rosa Frank Pearsall of 419 West 39th street died recently in a
nursing home.  A native of Lewiston, NC, she was the widow of William Pearsall
and a daughter of the late Mrs. Phyllis Ruffin.  She was a member of First
Calvary Baptist Church.

Surviving are a nephew, the Rev. Jefferson C. Thompson of Boykins; and a niece,
Mrs. Ella Thompson of Portsmouth.  A funeral service was held in First Calvary
Baptist Church by the Rev. R. L. Edler.  Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with
Hale Funeral Home in charge.
