The Virginian Pilot (Norfolk) Tuesday May 20, 1947
Julian Bruce Pearson, Jr., six-day old son of Julian B. and Mrs. Effie Mae 
Gordon Pearson, died at a local hospital yesterday at 3:20 a.m. Besides his 
parents, he is survived by his maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. W.W. Gordon 
and his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. H.V. Pearson, all of Norfolk. The 
body will be taken from the Ewell & Williamson funeral Home to Cedar Grove 
Cemetery for funeral services at the grave today at 11 a.m., the Rev. G.T. 
Forester officiating.
