Funeral services for Mrs. Catherine Southall Pearson were conducted at the First
Baptist Church with the Rev. Richard H. Bowling, pastor, officiating, assisted
by the Rev. J. N. Fuller.  Burial was in West Point Cemetery.  The deceased died
at her home in New York City on March 22.  she is survived by her husband Lehman
Pearson, and other relatives, John and Richard Southall, and Mrs. Marion Warner
of New York City;  Mesdames Maude L. Epps, Flossie Henly, Vivian Southall of
Norfolk, VA.  the funeral was under the direction of Nancy T. Wheeler’s Funeral
Home.
