Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark Friday August 2, 1912

 The funeral of Edward E. Pelot, whose death occurred at St. Vincent's Hospital 
Wednesday at 6:30 p.m., will be held at the apartments of Funeral Director H.D. 
Oliver, 179 Bank Street, at 10 o'clock this morning, and will be conducted by 
Rev. J. Truman Anderson of the Park Avenue Baptist Church.

The funeral of Edward E. Pelot was held at the apartments of Funeral Director 
H.C. Smith, 179 Bank Street, at 10 o'clock a.m. yesterday.  The service was 
conducted by Rev. J. Truman Anderson of the Park Avenue Baptist Church.  The 
floral tributes were beautiful.  The interment was in Elmwood Cemetery.
The following were the pallbearers, O.T. Parker, E.C. Vick, H.C. Frischton, J.H. 
Waterfield, W.W. Howard and T.L. Coker.
