CHESAPEAKE - Manuel L. Pena of 1045 Ontario Ave., the husband of Mrs. Lillian G. 
Pena and a retired merchant seaman, died Tuesday in a Norfolk hospital.
A native of La Coruna, Spain, he lived in this area most of his life.
He was a member of the National Maritime Union.
A Christian Wake service will be held tonight at 7 in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 
Indian River Chapel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Friday at 10 
a.m. in St. Matthew’s Catholic Church by the Rev. Fr. Phillip Ferrell. Burial will 
be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
