PENDERGAST, JOHN – Tuesday night, December 30, 1941, at 8:15 o’clock, in a local 
hospital, JOHN PENDERGAST, of Indian River Park, a native of Ireland, a son of the 
late Mr. and Mrs. John Pendergast, a resident of this section 60 years, and a 
widower of Annie Gannon Pendergast. The body was removed to the Graham Funeral 
Home, Jackson and Jefferson streets, South Norfolk. Funeral services will be 
conducted in St. Matthew’s Catholic Church FRIDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock. Burial 
will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery.
