Norfolk - Final rites were held Sunday in Citizens Funeral Chapel for Charles 
Perkins, 82, of 1721 Vine street.  Burial was in Paige Cemetery.

A son of David Perkins and Mrs. Mary Perkins, he died March 19 in a hospital.

He is survived by a niece,Mrs. Rebecca Scott of New York.

Mr. Perkins was a native of Cumberland County.
