He was a native of Norfolk and a son of Jacob and Mrs. Mary Perkins. He was employed by American Tobacco Do. 10 years. Surviving are a son, James Perkins of N.J.; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Wiggins and Mrs. Bernice Winslow of Brooklyn, N.Y.; and a brother, Alexander Perkins of N.J. The body was taken to Hale Funeral Home.
