PERKINS, SR., ARTHUR LOUIS - In a Norfolk hospital, Tuesday, ARTHUR LOUIS PERKINS 
SR., widower of Mrs. Jessie Keaney Perkins, and son of the late Joseph and Mrs. 
Frances Ryan Perkins, in the 86th year of his age. A funeral mass will be 
celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Chapel, 37th & Colley Avenue, Friday at 
10 a.m. Burial, St. Mary’s Cemetery. Omit flowers and make memorial donations to 
Madonna Home, 814 37th Street, Norfolk. H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, has 
charge. The family will be at 7298 Bayberry Lane, Norfolk.
