Final rites for Noah Perry were conducted May 27 at the Graves Funeral Chapel by 
Elder Samuel Wilson.

Mr. Perry, of 948 St. Julian avenue, died May 23 at the age of 89 in a local 
hospital.

A native of Elizabeth City, NC, he had lived in Norfolk most of his life.  He 
was a member of the Masons, Progressive Lodge, a Spanish American War veteran 
and a former member of First Baptist Church, Bute street.  He was a fish 
merchant in Norfolk for a number of years.

He is survived by one cousin, Mrs. Mattie Holloway.

Burial was in Calvary Cemetery with full military honors with Graves Funeral 
Home in charge of arrangements.
