Sakeena Peterson, 28, of the 500 block of Berkley Ave., passed away July 24, 
2004, at home. Sakeena was born Dec. 25, 1975, and was employed by Red Coates 
Inc. Sakeena leaves to cherish her memory her mother, Betty Daniels; her father, 
Fred Keyes; one brother, Gregory Daniels; one sister, Michelle Williams; 
grandmother, Nancy Peterson; fiance, Terry Wilkerson; two aunts, Olena Peterson 
and Evelyn Keyes; aunt-in-law, Sharon Peterson; five uncles, James Peterson, 
Donnell Peterson, Larry Peterson, David Peterson and Robert Peterson; three 
godchildren, Shackina Heckstall, Shackese Heckstall and Aareonna Felton; one 
godbrother, Marlon Harris; two nieces, Pamela Williams and Chequaila Williams; 
two nephews, Jasiya Stevenson and Robert Williams; a special cousin, David 
Wilder; a special "mother," Bernadette Hodges; four special sisters, Lashawn 
Heckstall, Sam Cade, Akilah Coleman and Wesley Lee, all of Norfolk; and a host 
of other relatives and friends. 

A funeral will be held at noon Monday in the chapel of Metropolitan Funeral 
Service, 7246 Granby St., the Rev. Bristol Elliott officiating. Interment will 
be at Calvary Cemetery , Norfolk. Family and friends will assemble at 518 E. 
Berkley Ave. one hour prior to the service for the procession to the chapel. A 
viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday at the Berkley Avenue Chapel.
