Petherbridge, one of the best known ladies of the ward, died Sunday afternoon at 1:45 o'clock. She had been an invalid for more than a year at her home, Main street and Berkley avenue. The deceased was a widow of the late Elmer H. Petherbridge, who died about twelve years ago. She was a lifelong resident and was 62 years old. She was a member of Memorial M.E. Church and was highly esteemed. She is survived by four daughters-- Mrs. F. Hart, Mrs. Geo. H. Taylor, Mrs. J.A. Jones and Mrs. E.A. Bennett and one son, C.O. Petherbridge and a brother, A.H. Taylor. The funeral will be conducted from Memorial M.E. Church this afternoon at 3 o'clock with Rev. W.W. Lear, D.D., pastor of the church, officiating and the interment will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
