Virginian Plot and The Norfolk Landmark August 20, 1914

Mrs. Mary A. Pilong, widow of E.F. Pilong, died at a local hospital yesterday at 
6:30 o'clock. She was 51 years old. The services will take place Friday morning 
from Oliver's Funeral Apartments, 610-612 Freemason Street. The services will be 
private. Mrs. Pilong was a native of Richmond, but had lived here since early 
childhood. She is survived by one brother, Charles J. Ormsby; and one sister, 
Mrs. E.L. Edwards, both of whom live in Norfolk. The interment will be in St. 
Mary's Cemetery.

PILONG – At. St. Vincent’s hospital, Wednesday, August 19, 1914, at 6:30 o’clock 
p.m., MARY A., widow of E. F. Pilong, in the 51st year of her age.
Services (private) at H. D. Oliver’s funeral apartments, 610-12 Freemason 
street, FRIDAY MORNING, August 21.
