NORFOLK - Mrs. Fillippa Sansone Pirrone, 82, of 1020 Woronoca Ave., the widow of 
Frank Pirrone and a native of Norfolk, died Tuesday in a hospital.
She was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church.
Survivors include six daughters, Mrs. Cecelia Kaukas and Mrs. Josephine Tole of 
Norfolk, Miss Marie Pirrone of Richmond, Mrs. Santina Casey of Winston-Salem, 
N.C., Mrs. Connie Sheehan of Boston, and Mrs. Phyllis Anne Kordas of Buffalo, 
N.Y.; two sons, Lawrence Pirrone and T. T. Pirrone of Virginia Beach; two 
sisters, Mrs. Lena Illsley and Mrs. Josephine Vincent, and a brother, Fee 
Sansone, all of Norfolk; 16 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
The Rosary will be said tonight at 7:30 in H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments. A 
funeral service will be held Friday at 10 a.m. in St. Pius X Church with burial 
in St. Mary’s Cemetery. The family will be at 4668 Paul Revere Road, Lake Smith 
Terrace, Virginia Beach.
