Norfolk Landmark Wed., Oct. 5, 1898

Plummer-At the residence of her son-in-law, Mr. A.M. Osborne, 106 Cooke Avenue, 
Tuesday morning at 4 o’clock, Mary V. Plummer, widow of the late Joshua 
Plummer, in the 61st year of her age.
The funeral will take place from the residence Wednesday afternoon October 5th 
at 3:30 o’clock. Friends are respectfully invited to attend.

Norfolk Landmark Thurs., Oct. 6, 1898

The funeral of Mrs. Mary V. Plummer, widow of the late Joshua Plummer, who died 
at the home of her son-in-law, Mr. A.M. Osborne, No. 106 Cooke Avenue, 
Brambleton, Tuesday morning, took place from the above residence yesterday 
afternoon at 3:30 o’clock. The services were conducted by the Rev. Edward Mack, 
of the First Presbyterian Church, and the interment was in Elmwood.
