Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Tuesday, March 23, 1993 
Alice M. Poole, of the 1500 block of Dungee St., died March 19, 1993.

Mrs. Poole was a native of Norfolk and was a member of First Calvary Baptist
Church.

Survivors include her husband, Horace Poole; a son, Leon Clifton Poole of
Washington, D.C.; a sister, Mildred Clapp of Norfolk; a niece, Bernice Clemons
of Portsmouth; and five grandchildren.

The funeral will be conducted at noon Wednesday in First Calvary Baptist Church
by Dr. Johnnie L. White. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery . The body will be
placed in the church at 10 a.m. Wednesday. Hale Funeral Home Inc. is handling
arrangements.
