PORTAFE, JOE E. - At a local hospital, Sunday, June 30, 1957, at 1:15 p.m., JOE E. 
PORTAFE, husband of Mrs. Mary I. Portafe and son of the late Emilio B. and Mrs. 
Geronima Portafe, in the 57th year of his age. Remains will be taken from the H. 
D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, 1501 Colonial Avenue, to Sacred Heart Catholic 
Church, for services WEDNESDAY MORNING at 10 o’clock. Friends of the family are 
invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary’s Cemetery.
