Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - Sunday, November 29, 1992 
Hilda Wanda Porter of the 2700 block of Hollister Ave., a unit secretary, died
Nov. 26, 1992, in her residence.

Mrs. Porter was born in New York, N.Y. She was employed at Howard University
Hospital, Washington, D.C., for 14 years. She was a member of Basilica of St.
Mary's of the Immaculate Conception, Norfolk. She was a graduate of Portsmouth
Catholic High School.

Survivors include a son, Marion Porter III of Maryland; her mother, Hilda
Hendricks; aunts and cousins.

A funeral will be conducted at noon Tuesday in Basilica of St. Mary's of the
Immaculate Conception by Father Charles Saglio. Burial will be in Calvary
Cemetery . Hale Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
