Leo Portlock and Howard M. Portlock, both of Norfolk, and Cecil F. Portlock, of Philadelphia; two half-sisters, Mrs. Addie P. Powell and Mrs. Ella P. Wills, both of Norfolk; four grandchildren and a great-grandchild. Mr. Portlock was a native of Princess Anne County and had been a resident of Norfolk 66 years. He was a member of the Park Avenue Presbyterian Church, Lafayette Lodge No. 9, I.O.O.F., and Charity Lodge No. 10, K. of P. He was a well-known realtor for a number of years. Funeral services will be conducted at the Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home Monday at 2 p.m. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
