NORFOLK — Ann Cahill Preston, 87, of 641 Redgate Ave., a native of New York state 
and the widow of Hugh Caperton Preston, died Thursday in a hospital.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
Survivors include a sister, Mary C. Cahill of Norfolk; and a nephew, Martin O. 
Cahill of Virginia Beach.
A Mass of the Resurrection will be said at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday in Sacred Heart 
Catholic Church by the Rev. Vincent Connery. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Catholic 
Ceme¬tery, with H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, Norfolk, in charge. Memorial 
donations may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church.
