Norfolk - Mrs. Matilda C. Price, 97, of 1323 W. 27th street died recently in  
her home after a long illness.  She was a native of Ivanhoe, and the wife of 
Robert Price.  She was formerly employed at J. E. B. Stuart School and a former 
member of First Baptist, Lamberts Point, and the Widowed Club.  The services 
were in First Baptist with the Rev. J. Jasper Freeman.  Interment was held in 
Calvary Cemetery.
Survivors include three sons, Charlie, Clarence, and Noel Price, all of Norfolk, 
and eight grandchildren.
