                           PORTSMOUTH DEATHS

James Thomas Price, Jr., 2-year-old son of James and Mrs. Ethel Estell 
Woodworth Price, of 202 North Street, Portsmouth, died at a local hospital 
yesterday at noon after an illness of two days.  In addition to his parents 
he is survived by a young sister, Virginian Lee Price and his grandparents, 
Mr. and Mrs. Charles Price and Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Woodworth, all of this 
city.
Funeral services will be conducted at the family residence tomorrow 
afternoon at 2 o'clock.  Burial will be in the family plot in Magnolia 
Cemetery.
