Virginian Pilot and The Norfolk Landmark November 27, 1933

Mrs. Capitola M. Prince, wife of Capt. M.H. Prince and daughter of the late 
Robert and Amanda Lawrence Steele, died at her residence, 407 West Thirty-fifth 
Street, yesterday morning at 9:20 o'clock. Mrs. Prince was a native and lifelong 
resident of Norfolk.
Besides her husband she is survived by five daughters, Mrs. J. Russell Fentress, 
Mrs. Marshall Holt, Mrs. Horace Bluford, Mrs. A.J. Blondell and Mrs. Dolores 
Gillis; two sons, M.H. Prince, of New Jersey and Robert I. Prince, of Norfolk; 
17 grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, of which 
Mrs. Prince was a member, Tuesday morning at 11 o'clock. Interment will be in 
St. Mary's Cemetery.

Sunday, November 26th, 1933, at 9:20 o’clock a.m., CAPITOLA M., wife of Captain 
M. H. Prince and daughter of the late Robert and Amanda Lawrence Steele.
Funeral services at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church TUESDAY MORNING at 11 
o’clock. Friends of the family are invited to attend. Interment, St. Mary’s 
Cemetery.
