Robert I. Prince, 61, son of the late Michael H. and Mrs. Capitola Steele 
Prince, died in his home, 115 W. Freemason St., Saturday, after a heart attack.
He was a life-long resident of Norfolk. He was a veteran of both World Wars, 
serving with the Army in the 29th Division during World War I, and with the 75th 
Division during World War II.
He is survived by five sisters. Mrs. J. R. Fentress of Norfolk, Mrs. M. B. Holt 
of Lynnhaven, Mrs. Horace Bluford of Virginia Beach, Mrs. Austin Blondell of 
Villanova, Pa., and Mrs. Leon Goodman of Norfolk, and one brother, Michael H. 
Prince Jr. of Hicksville, N.Y.
A funeral service will be held in Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Tuesday at 10:00 
a m. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery. A rosary service will be said in H. 
D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 7:30 o’clock.
