NORFOLK - Willie Proctor of 1271 Mapole Ave., a native of Winnsboro, S.C., and 
the husband of Henrietta Proctor, died Friday in a hospital.

He was a retired, 25-year employee of Norshipco and was a member of Macedonia 
Congregational Christian Church.

Other survivors include a daughter, Connie Forrest of Philadelphia; a sister, 
Rosa Bell Carr of Greensboro, N.C.; and two grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday in Macedonia Congregation Christian 
Church by elder A.D. Wright. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery, with Hale 
Funeral Home in charge. The family will be at his home.
