Virginian Pilot April 13, 1909

Mrs. Hattie L. Proctor, wife of J.C. Proctor, died at her home, 130 Avenue A, 
Atlantic City ward, at 10:35 a.m. Sunday, after a lingering illness, in the 
33d year of her age. The deceased was born in North Carolina and was the 
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J.H. Drew of that state.  The funeral was held from 
her late residence at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon and was conducted by Rev. 
George W. Swope of Central Baptist Church. The interment was in Elmwood 
Cemetery.
