Norfolk Journal and Guide, Feb. 22,1947

Miss Adline Pruden - Funeral services for Miss Pruden, 801 Sewells Point road, 
who died Feb. 3, were held from Mt. Pleasant Baptist Church Feb. 9 with Rev. 
Mr. McClendon officiating.  Interment was in Calvary Cemetery.  Hale & Company 
handled the arrangements.
