PUCHACZ, MR. EDWARD PAUL - In a Norfolk hospital, Sunday, August 15, 1976, MR. 
EDWARD PAUL PUCHACZ, the husband of Elizabeth (Betty) Ramsey Puchacz and the son 
of Mrs. Tillie Kwiatkowski Puchacz and the late Stanley E. Puchacz, in the 57th 
year of his age. Funeral services will be conducted this (Wednesday) morning, 
August 18, 1976, at 10:00 o’clock in The Cox Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be 
in St. Mary’s Cemetery. Friends are invited to attend.
