Virginian-Pilot, The (Norfolk, VA) - November 2, 1991

Virginia E. Pulley of the 1100 block of Hannah St., died Oct. 28, 1991, in a 
hospital.
Mrs. Pulley was born in Northampton County, N.C. She was a Baptist.
Survivors include her husband, Curtis Pulley of Portsmouth; a daughter, Ivy 
A. Capers, and four sons, Tyrone A. Pulley, Curtis Pulley Jr., Charles L. 
Pulley and Toney E. Pulley, all of Norfolk; four sisters, Polly L. Little 
and Mary L. Smith, both of Norfolk, Elaine Gardner of Margarettsville, N.C., 
and Virginia Tann of Jackson, N.C.; seven brothers, James Mason, Grandveale 
Mason and Richard L. Mason, all of Norfolk, Melvin Mason, Eddie Mason and 
Matthew Mason, all of Jackson, and Lindburg Mason of Fayetteville, N.C.; and 
a grandchild.
The funeral will be conducted at 1 p.m. Monday in Metropolitan Funeral Home 
by the Rev. Joseph Lassiter. Burial will be in Magnolia Cemetery. Family and 
friends will assemble at noon at 1120 Hannah St., Apt. 3, for the 
procession.
