Virginian-Pilot June 25, 1909
Mrs. Annie T. Pulley, 46 years old, wife of William T. Pulley, a fireman, residing 
at 17 High street, died last night about 8:30 o’clock of pneumonia, after an 
illness of two weeks.
Mrs. Pulley is survived by a husband, one son, John Vincent Pulley, and one 
sister, Mrs. J. Manigault James, of Darlington, S.C.
The body was turned over to Undertaker Oliver, who prepared it for burial. Funeral 
arrangements will be announced later.
Mr. Pulley is attached to No. 2 station and has been in the Fire Department for a 
number of years.
