Mrs. Queen was cafeteria manager of Blessed Sacrament School for more than 20 years. Sister Catherine Dolores, principal of the school said Mrs. Queen was " a quiet, unassuming person. I've never met a more dedicated, beautiful person. Her whole life has been one of sacrifice and dedication to others." Mrs. Queen was a daughter of the late Anthony and Ada Eardley. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Betty Corletto of Norfolk; a son, Maj. Robert A. Queen of Hawaii; three sisters, Mrs. Emeline Smith and Miss Virginia T. Eardley of Norfolk and Mrs. Gloria Topp of Newport News; two brothers, Joseph J. Eardley of Norfolk and Michael A. Eardley of Virginia Beach and six grandchildren. A rosary will be said in H.D. Oliver Funeral Apartments tonight at 7:30. A requiem mass will be celebrated in Blessed Sacrament Catholic Chapel, where she was a member, at 11 a.m. Friday. The chapel is at 37th Street and Colley Avenue. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery. ************************************************************************** QUEEN, MRS. NELLIE EARDLEY - In a Norfolk hospital, Wednesday, MRS. NELLIE EARDLEY QUEEN, daughter of the late Anthony and Mrs. Ada Kayatt Eardley, in the 67th year of her age. The body will be taken from H. D. Oliver Funeral Apts., Norfolk, to Blessed Sacrament Catholic Chapel, 37th & Colley Avenue, for a requiem mass to be celebrated Friday at 11 o'clock. Burial, St. Mary's Cemetery.
