Quinn, of Norfolk; a daughter, Mrs. Elizabeth Q. Bambridge, of Washington; one brother, Robert L. Scribner, of Norfolk and four grandchildren. The body was taken to the H.D. Remains were taken to the H. D. Oliver Funeral Apartments, No. 1501 Colonial Avenue, pending arrangements.
