He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Mary Scribner Quinn, one son, Thomas J. Quinn and two daughters, Mrs. Walter W. Bainbridge and Miss Elizabeth F. Quinn, all of Norfolk. The body will be taken from the home, 608 Freemason Street, to St. Mary's Catholic Church for funeral services at 10 o'clock tomorrow morning.
